What info should I include?
If it’s about an order, include your order number, the email used at checkout, and what you’d like to change. If it’s a product question, tell us the item name and what you’re mounting it on (pack, plate carrier, jacket, etc.).
How long does it take to get a reply?
Most messages are answered within 1–2 business days. During limited drops, response times can be a bit longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Send your order number and request as soon as possible.
